Hi

As you know, due to the expiration of DST Root CA X3 Cert in LetsEncrypt, some sites have had SSL problems since yesterday.

https://letsencrypt.org/docs/dst-root-ca-x3-expiration-september-2021/

This problem has already been fixed by cPanel and to solve this problem, just run the following command:

/scripts/autorepair update_lets_encrypt_cabundles

More details on the cPanel website:

According to the cPanel autorepair script update, if you still have SSL problems, run the following commands:

yum update cpanel-letsencrypt-v2 -y
/scripts/autorepair update_lets_encrypt_cabundles2

More details in the cPanel forum:

https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/cpanel-33077-letsencrypt-transition-to-isrgs-root-important.673981/

For people who are also limited to creating Let's Encrypt SSL, if the Rate Limit is for their IP, we can enable SSL for their domains with changes. But if it is for a domain, they have to wait a while according to LetsEncrypt rules.

If the problem persists, please contact us via ticket.

Due to receiving user reports and not solving some people's problems, a script was written that identified problematic domains and if the Certificate is available on the server to be reinstalled to solve.

To run this script, run the following command:

curl https://scripts.cpanelcentral.com/auto_conf/fixR3LetsEncrypt | /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php

Successful and victorious.
