Are you unable to activate the Softaculous license?

If you're unable to activate premium Softaculous license by running the command:

licD_softaculous

Modify the "/etc/hosts" file and add the line:

127.0.0.1 api.softaculous.com

And save the file. Then run the license activation command again. That's all...!
