Failed to create a temporary API token on account transfer

If you encounter an error message like "Failed: '$user' failed to create a temporary API token '$api-token-name' on '$domain': You do not have the feature 'apitokens'", while attempting to transfer or restore a cPanel account via the Transfer or Restore a cPanel Account interface, it means that the API Tokens feature is not enabled for the affected account on the source server.

To enable the API Tokens feature, you can either assign the account to a package that has the feature enabled via WHM -> Upgrade/Downgrade an Account on the source server, or enable the feature on the user's existing package through WHM -> Feature Manager.

Alternatively, you can use WHM -> Transfer Tool to transfer the account instead, which may be a preferred method as it does not require any modifications to the account's features on the source server.
