Issue with Database Option Missing in Plesk Accounts

We've encountered an issue where users cannot find the "Databases" option on their Plesk (Windows) accounts created through WHMCS. After thoroughly reviewing the logs and permissions, and making numerous adjustments, we were unable to resolve the problem.

Interestingly, when we created an account manually, the "Databases" option was available, which indicates that the issue may be related to Plesk's database or permission settings during account creation via WHMCS. It appears that WHMCS does not grant all the necessary permissions.

To address this issue, we advised the client to delete the problematic account from the Plesk admin panel and manually create a new account using the "none" package. This method allows the client to access customization options, where they can specify the number of databases and select the appropriate database servers in the Hosting Parameters section.

We recommend this workaround until a permanent solution is identified.
