cPHulk Brute Force Protection provides protection for your server against brute force attacks. A brute force attack is a hacking method that uses an automated system to guess the password to your web server or services.
If you want to disable cPHulk Brute Force Protection then you can do it from SSH shell.
SSH to cPanel server with root user.
Run the following command to disable cPHulk.
/usr/local/cpanel/etc/init/stopcphulkd
